Other annual compensation for executives is defined as:

“Items such as prerequisites and other personal benefits over $50,000 or 10 percent of the total annual salary and bonus for the officer; preferential earnings on restricted stock, options, SARs or deferred compensation; earnings on long-term incentive plan compensation paid or payable but deferred; reimbursements for the payment of taxes; and the dollar value of the discount on any employer stock purchased by the named officer, unless the discount is generally available to all stockholders or to all the salaried employees.”
