Atlas Valley completes 2nd of seven buildings

LAFAYETTE — Atlas Valley is Lafayette’s premier business address.

Centrally located at the intersection of Arapahoe Road and 95th Street, Atlas Valley is in the heart of the Interlocken-Boulder-Longmont corridor. The development’s location affords quick and easy access to all of the major business centers of the area.

Atlas Valley is a perfect blend of office and retail space. At build-out, the project will contain more 200,000 square feet of space, which will be nearly evenly divided between office and retail.

Atlas Valley II, the second of a scheduled seven buildings, will be completed this month. The 35,000-square-foot building is more than 60 percent leased. This building follows the highly successful first phase of Atlas Valley, which was completed last year.

Atlas Valley II has an efficient building design with a large clear span that gives considerable flexibility to meet tenant needs. The exterior of the building is accented with natural wood beams, which reflect the Colorado environment.

Atlas Valley II will continue to attract an upscale selection of merchants as it adds new tenants, restaurants and entertainment venues. New tenants include Meridian Wines & Sprits, the second-largest beverage retailer in Boulder County, Gatos Jewelry Designs, Arapahoe Premium Cigars & Pipe and Snip & Clip Hair Care.

Snow Goose Investments LLC is developing the Atlas Valley project. They have been involved in the development of several other award-winning area projects including Blue Heron Estates, Jacobs Corner, The Boulder Marriott, The Black Eyed Pea restaurant and the Village Shopping Center. In addition to Atlas Valley, Snow Goose Investments is currently involved in the development of Galt Plaza in Lafayette and the redevelopment of Atlantis Plaza in Longmont.

Phil McEvoy of Railton-McEvoy designed Atlas Valley. McEvoy has enjoyed a long-term relationship with Snow Goose and was responsible for the design of several of their earlier projects including The Village Shopping Center, The Boulder Marriott and Blue Heron Estates.

Snow Goose has developed a core group of high-quality subcontractors during its years of development experience. Contractors such as Robinson Mechanical Co., Black Roofing Inc., Rocky Mountain Painters and Safe Systems have continued to provide superior craftsmanship project after project. Snow Goose Investments is the general contractor for the project.
