Irrigation company declines to keep Lake Loveland filled year-round

LOVELAND — The company that controls the flow of Lake Loveland rebuffed a group of locals asking to maintain high water levels in the reservoir amid complaints over dust and poor visuals.

The Loveland Reporter-Herald reports the Greeley-based Loveland Irrigation Co. said it will continue to fluctuate the amount of water in the lake based on the demand of its customers throughout the year.
