Detailed rail plan vows service by 2029; tax hike would expand it
Existing funding will pay for three daily Front Range Passenger Rail round trips between Fort Collins and Denver by 2029, the rail district’s general manager said Monday, and an extension of the line’s length and frequency of service will depend on voter approval of a third-of-a-cent tax increase in November.
