Fort Collins council to hear debate over paid-parking plan
Although a proposal to abolish free two-hour parking and institute paid metered parking in Old Town Fort Collins does not appear on the agenda for Tuesday night’s City Council meeting, the issue is likely to spark spirited public comments on both sides.
